Members of Fusion CoLiving get access to an unfurnished private bedroom in a fully-furnished house. The membership fee includes all utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, twice monthly cleaning, landscaping services, access to washer & dryer, security, and more.Our fees range from $700 to $850 per month depending on the size of the bedroom and if it has a private or shared bath.Tiny studio apartments in the Florence area go for around $800-900 per month. And a one-bedroom apartment can run around $1,100 per month or more. Once you add utilities, you can be paying upwards of $1,300 each month when you could enjoy a room in one of our coliving homes for much less.
